Information for Each Season
In the fall, spring, and summer, we offer one session for each age group that meets for one hour twice a week. In the 5U and 6U levels, the players do 30 minutes of training and 30 minutes of scrimmage play at each session. For all other age groups, one session per week is for training, and the other is a game.
We offer three 6-week sessions in the winter that meet once per week. These sessions provide engaging training and opportunities to practice with a greater variety of players at different skill levels. Players can sign up for one, two, or all three winter sessions!
Our parent coaches and Salvo staff tailor the training depending on the age group and help soccer players develop character-building skills and soccer-related techniques, like dribbling, passing, receiving, stops and starts, turns, 1v1 methods, and more.
