Resources for Players

The physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness of our players is vital, and Salvo SC believes in supporting players and families through difficult times. We’ve compiled some resources for players to help them find balance in life, reduce their stress, and give them places to turn to when they need guidance.

Mental Health Resources

The sudden loss of a young person can be difficult for many to process. The grieving process takes time and is very real and unique to each individual. It is normal for people to grieve the loss even if they do not know the person well. It is also common that a recent loss may trigger people to remember or relate to other losses in their lives and the feelings related to those experiences.

If you or your child needs individual support, we encourage you to contact Premier Sport Psychology or your regular family medical/psychological provider. We have provided some resources from PSP below.
