Select 10U-12U Girls Soccer League Twin Cities - Salvo Soccer Club

Select 10U-12U (Girls)

Girls Select Youth Soccer Club

For soccer players ages 10-12 who are driven to excel and are looking for greater challenges and competition or want to track into a High Performance team, choosing the Salvo SC Girls Select soccer team is the way to go! With a focus on more flexible, team-based training from our experienced Salvo coaches, this soccer program enhances your player’s skills in a challenging and nurturing environment.

Girls Select Soccer Overview

The Girls Select soccer program helps players build upon soccer fundamentals, enhance their field awareness, and become more skilled in team-oriented play. With a more intense commitment level, dedicated coaching staff, and play within the Twin Cities Soccer League, this program develops strong players who can excel in our Elite, High Performance, or Girls Academy teams.

With an annual commitment level, Select teams meet three times a week during the summer and fall in-season sessions and two times a week in the winter off-season. Additional training programs are optional but encouraged.

Joining Our Girls Select Soccer Program

To be chosen for the Select program, prospective players must attend a Player ID session (our tryout process). In this session, our coaches evaluate a player’s skills and strengths on the field and match them with an appropriate team. Player ID occurs twice a year, once in mid/late July for players 9U-19U and again in late October/early November for players 9U-10U.

Select teams train within a player’s community, either Woodbury, Rosemount/Farmington, or Mendota Heights. League games are played within 30 miles of your community.

IconFees for Select Teams

Salvo SC pricing structures are broken into two types of fees: Club fees and Team fees. Please note that each family pays both Club fees and Team fees associated with the team they are placed on after Player ID. Club fees are fixed, but Team fees are estimated based on expected plans for each team. If all Team fees collected are not used, they will be refunded to team families (similarly, if the team decides to add extra events, Team fees can increase).

Club fees cover league registration, fields and referees for games, coach/staff fees, and indoor training. Team fees cover event registration and coach travel. The Team fee DOES NOT include player travel or uniform costs.
